SPC has completed exterior remodels and waterproofing projects for Embassy Suites, Crowne Plaza Hotels, Westin & Doubletree Hotels.
All work during these projects was completed during normal operating hours and special efforts were done to minimize the inconvenience to the hotel guests.
Due to the close proximity to the beach on the boardwalk in Ventura, California - the balcony decks received considerable damage with concrete spalling, popping and rebar oxidation.
SPC was asked to repair over 225 concrete balcony decks with all work completed using our swing-stage high-lift equipment. The scope of work included the demolition, oxidized rebar encapsulation, re-poured concrete mortar reinforced with a two-component epoxy resin. The entire building was then repainted
